Account access
You access the service through Discord. Keep your Discord account secure. The account owner is responsible for activity from their dashboard session and database credentials.
Acceptable use
Do not use NOVA X CLOUD DATABASE to host unlawful content, distribute malware, attack systems, send spam, evade rate limits, or interfere with other users. We may suspend access where necessary to protect the platform or its users.
Your data and backups
You remain responsible for your database content and for maintaining current backups. Backups are storage-limited by your account allocation. Do not store secrets or personal data in a way that violates applicable laws or third-party rights.
Availability and maintenance
We work to keep the control plane available, but maintenance, infrastructure issues, and external services can cause interruptions. Keep an independent copy of critical data.
